Illegal cache belonging to the Jorge Suárez Briceño Bloc was found in Caquetá during a joint operation by the National Army

Two short-range firearms, more than 330 rounds of ammunition, and extortion notes from the GAO Estructura Rodrigo Cadete, part of the Jorge Suárez Briceño Bloc, were found at the site.

The neutralization of this war material prevents and neutralizes a possible terrorist action against the civilian population and the security forces, while also weakening the armed capabilities of this GAO.

The Omega Task Force invites the population to report all criminal activity through the 107 Anti-Terrorist Hotline, including crimes such as illegal warehouses, drug processing laboratories, kidnappings, and the location of leaders and members of organized armed groups, among others. 

Likewise, this military unit will continue its offensive against all criminal actors who endanger the lives and integrity of the populations of southeastern Colombia.
